The Flyover Fest: A Thank You Letter

Hanif Spacebar Reading | Radio Waves

This past weekend marked the inaugural The Flyover Fest in Columbus, Ohio. My oh my, it was a massive success. We couldn't be more appreciative and elated with the support from the community, participants, and everyone who attended. Major props to our partners, sponsors and host venues—Outer Orbit Booking, Dispatch Media Group, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Spacebar, Rambling House, Wexner Center for the Arts, Wild Goose Creative, Used Kids Records, Columbus Makes Art Art Makes Columbus, & Lineage Brewing. We couldn't have done it without y'all.

The festival showcased some of Ohio's best artists, but also brought in talent all the way from St. Louis, New York, and Toronto (to name a few). Planning the fest was a monster project, but experiencing people engage at all of the events was extremely rewarding.

Seriously we are so happy to see The Flyover Fest take off. Stay tuned for more from us here at Two Dollar Radio, and keep your eyes peeled for more from The Flyover crew.
