On the Dial | Alternative Auto Care
If you own a car, you know the woes of taking care of it. Filling the gas tank and checking the tire pressure are about the extent of my skills. I'm good about timely oil changes and tire rotation, but there are notifications for those sorts of things. In general, car maintenance can be intimidating and pricey. Luckily, I recently became aware of Alternative Auto Care right here in sweet, sweet Columbus, OH.
Take it directly from them: "Alternative Auto Care provides quality automotive services, at a fair price; and we do it in an environmentally responsible manner. We believe that educated consumers make the best customers and we are committed to helping you make good decisions about your car. We recognize that financial concerns may be a factor in decision making and we will work with you and your budget to prioritize service and repairs to ensure that you have a safe and dependable vehicle."
Alt Auto Care has been women owned and operated since 1983, and takes pride in not only customer service, but consumer education. Owner and President, Chris Cozad, won the Automotive Training Institute's Humanitarian Award in 2015. That's legit. Hopefully my car doesn't need work anytime soon, but I know where to go when the time comes.
