On the Dial | Small Towns in Iowa

On the heels of the Pygmalion Festival in Champaign, Illinois, we took Masande Ntshanga on what we jokingly referred to as the "Silicorn Valley" Tour throughout much of Iowa. This included pit stops in Fairfield, and events in East Davenport, and Iowa City.

Design of the Week | Flying Lotus - Never Catch Me ft. Kendrick Lamar

I am currently along for the ride on Masande Ntshanga's U.S. book tour for The Reactive. Last Saturday, we were exchanging and discussing music videos in our hotel room over some classy-shitty American beer. He showed me the beautiful and redemptive video for the song, "Never Catch Me."

The Reactive is now officially out!!!

It's always a long road from acceptance to publication, so it's nice to take a step back on a book's publication day and say, well lookie here, we made something. Today that something is an incendiary and powerful debut novel called The Reactive, by South African writer Masande Ntshanga.
